Canine Code of Conduct	I promise to have fun and allow others to have a good time as well My owner agrees to pay full attention to me and not to leave me alone at any time I will avoid any type of aggressive or disruptive behaviour towards any of my canine friends (this includes mounting or marking in the facility) If I have an accident in the play area my owner will clean up after me I understand that Doggie Central has the right to ask us to leave the play session for any reason If I am playing and I get hurt in anyway my owner knows that they will be responsible for any expenses incurred I promise not to bark excessively while in the play area Invalid Input

RELEASE OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT, WAIVER OF CLAIMS	PLEASE READ CAREFULLY The dog must have at least two sets of shots before entering the facility. Valid proof of vaccinations must be presented. Owner also agrees to maintain vaccinations and to keep the Doggie Central and/or The Dog’ Garage DA (Dog Assistants) staff up to date on any changes. Pets arriving with fleas / ticks will not be accepted. Sick and/or injured dogs will not be accepted into unless previous arrangements have been made. Doggie Central and/or The Dog’s Garage Ltd reserves the right to refuse any dog. My dog may be videotaped, photographed and recorded when on Doggie Central and/or The Dog’s Garage Ltd. premises and Doggie Central Ltd. or The Dog’s Garage Ltd. shall be the exclusive owner to the results and proceeds of such taping, photography and recordings with the rights, throughout the world, of unlimited use, and to copyright, to use and license in any manner. I will abide by the rules and regulations of Doggie Central and/or The Dog’s Garage Ltd. provided to me and/or posted from time to time while on or at the premises. Declaration Dogs are animals and as such can be unpredictable and have the potential of displaying unwanted behaviours without warning. Working with dogs is not without risk to students, family members, guests, other people, dogs and possessions. Assumption of Risk The undersigned hereby agrees to indemnity, agree to hold harmless, and to release from liability; Doggie Central Ltd. and/or The Dog’s Garage Ltd, and/or its principals along with all other related names and combination of names, employees and agents for any and all risks involved with any and all products and/or services of the facility, and any and all direct or indirect results thereafter. Indemnity The undersigned hereby agrees to indemnity, agree to hold harmless, and to release from liability; for any claim by any person or company against Doggie Central Ltd. and/or The Dog’s Garage Ltd, and/or its principals along with all other related names and combination of names, employees and agents including the legal costs to defend any such claim, whether or not the damages are caused in whole or in part by the negligence, actions or inaction's of any of these parties. Release from Liability Signing below indicates your acknowledgment, understanding and agreement to all of the terms contained within this Contract, Agreement and Release, and that you are setting your hand hereto delivering your signature freely, voluntarily and unconditionally.
